Natalia began her study and practice of Yoga in Florida in 2005. She’s been extremely fortunate to train with some of the most gifted, prominent teachers of our time, studying Hatha/Krama Vinyasa, Ashtanga Yoga and Yogic Arts™ - a system that integrates core strength and joint conditioning elements of Buddhist Gung-Fu (healing martial arts), the fluidity and purification of Ashtanga Vinyasa (breath-motion yoga), and the healing touch of traditional Thai Therapy (yoga massage).
Today, Natalia continues her studies and practice in New York City. She is the Head Instructor at Better Health Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Manhattan, where she designed a special Yoga series known as Better Health Yoga. BHY focuses on mind/body conditioning, purification and strengthening through controlled, progressive movement synchronized with breath. BHY helps create tranquil, centered minds and strong, healthy bodies. The vital energy produced during practice penetrates deep to help heal, restore and, essentially, transform.
During the years, Yoga has become a key to Natalia’s personal transformation and a driving force behind her mission to help others improve their wellbeing. “Motion is life” - a personal motto that made Natalia an advocate for healthy, active lifestyle and an active participant in volunteer teaching to help educate the public on the many benefits of Yoga.
